危险货物装船程序

提供危险货物信息

为进行危险货物的安全输送，货主应该向货运公司提交下列信息

申请危险货物装船

货主在申请危险货物装船时，对于一般危险货物的情况来说，应该在货船到达装船港的最少4个工作日以前，向Sales office提交申请。(对于EXPLOSIVES, RADIOACTIVES或MPA GROUP 1 等特殊危险货物，应该在货船到达装船港的7个工作日以前提交申请) 但对于放射能物质的装船申请书提交时期根据各个起航地及CANAL的规定，可能变更需要提前获得批准的时间。

装船批准或拒绝

货运公司在1个工作日内对申请的危险货物是否允许装船进行通报，有正当理由时，可拒绝危险货物装船申请。

材料准备

对DG cargo装船时，货主应该准备IMDG Code, 49 CFR或各起航Local Regulation要求的 Dangerous cargo Manifest,Declaration of Dangerous Goods, Declaration of Dangerous Goods in Container and Container Packing Certificate等必要材料。

货主对于由于货主导致的Declaration上必要的信息的遗漏、DG cargo的Declaration不执行，必要信息没有填写等所有直接和间接损失、Damage、费用负责。

LABEL及PLACARD检查

货主根据IMDG CODE，有责任在所有PACKAGES 及CONTAINER上粘贴正确的LABEL 和PLACARD。
货主对于由于货主导致的Declaration上必要的信息的遗漏、DG cargo的Declaration不执行，必要信息没有填写等所有直接和间接损失、Damage、费用负责。
