Comprises the following activities: - Determination of the berth and operational schedule - Instructing the various service firms - Handling formalities before authorities such as customs and harbour police - Compilation of the booking forecasts (partner/HL) - inspection of special cargo - Coordinating departure with the terminal - Ordering moorage services, towing services and pilots upon departure of the ship - Organising agents attending to the crew |
